"Our objective is to provide high quality videos for high school athletes who have  the grades, talent, and motivation to compete at the college level"

                                                       Each video will include

• ATHLETES PROFILE: The purpose of the profile is meant to give the coaching staff a glimpse of the athletes personality and will include a self introduction by the athlete.
• WORKOUT: Gold Star and Peak Performance Athletics have teamed up to provide your child with a sports specific workout segment. Coaches will be provided with footage of the athlete's strengths, featuring 10 to 12 exercises including agility drills &  polymeric to core strength.
• SKILLS and DRILLS:  will be showcasing speed and quickness, agility and consistency of repetition in various drills.
• GAME FOOTAGE: One game will be shot in its entirety
