"Our objective is to provide high quality videos for high school athletes who have the grades, talent, and motivation to compete at the next level."
Playing sports at the college of your choice is a matter of being noticed. Send recruiters a video that highlight your skills and athleticism. Gold Star videos are custom made to each athlete and their sport
Each video will include:
- ATHLETES PROFILE: The purpose of the profile is meant to give the coaching staff a glimpse of the athletes personality and will include a self introduction by the athlete.
- WORKOUT: Gold Star and Peak Performance Athletics have teamed up to provide your child with a sports specific workout segment. Coaches will be provided with footage of the athlete's strengths, featuring 10 to 12 exercises including agility drills & polymeric to core strength.
- SKILLS and DRILLS: will be showcasing speed and quickness, agility and consistency of repetition in various drills.
