  Happy Holidays! It has been six months since our last interview with Gold Star Athlete Cyd Okino. Soon we will be visiting with Punahou senior Courtney Lelepali. Special thanks to Anuhea Keanini and Scott Hisamura.  We will be back with you soon have a happy and safe new year.

           Playing sports at the college of your choice is a matter of being noticed. Send recruiters a video that highlight your skills and athleticism. Gold Star videos are custom made to each athlete and their sport

                    Each video will include:

  • ATHLETES PROFILE: The purpose of the profile is meant to give the coaching staff a glimpse of the athletes personality and will include a self introduction by the athlete.
  • WORKOUT: Gold Star and Peak Performance Athletics have teamed up to provide your child with a sports specific workout segment. Coaches will be provided with footage of the athlete's strengths, featuring 10 to 12 exercises including agility drills &  polymeric to core strength.
  • SKILLS and DRILLS:  will be showcasing speed and quickness, agility and consistency of repetition in various drills.
  • GAME FOOTAGE: One game will be shot in in its entirety (additional games may be purchased)
